First thing that has to be said is how unbelievably fast it arrived. Awesome job guys. Then I had to wait a while before I managed to get out in it for a night. But when I did this past bank holiday weekend boy was it worth the wait. I’m naturally a side sleeper and this thing enables that, the only downside? My mate snoring in my other (non Amok) hammock across the way!

Love my Amok Hammock. I have the best nights sleep ever. I had a problem with my air mattress and after talking to them about it they sent me a brand new one. Great product and backed up with great customer support

Shipping was fast, setup instruction and intuitive design was easy to understand and do. The hardest part to justify is whether all of the adjustments are nice to customize your personal sleeping experience to suit, or is it too many bells and whistles to finally get your comfort?

Shipping was amazing and fast

I appreciate the free and very rapid shipping past $700. I was impressed by how quickly it got here from the other side of the world.

Unfortunately on the third use it got mangled on some jagged ground, but I was able to use the repair kit it came with to fix it. Its holding though and Ive used it since.

I bought my Draumer 5. 0 XL two years ago and loved it so much I had to buy one for my wife as well. I highly recommend the Fjol LW sleep pad, and the Skjold 10 tarp, for a complete and comfortable backwoods experience.

I picked this tarp up to give me an option if I wanted a larger one for my Draumr 5. 0, but mainly to carry along on my group trips. This will replace my older, smaller tarp. On rainy arrivals at camp, we set the tarp up first to allow my my ground dwelling brethren to assemble their tents out of the weather. After shelters are up, it becomes our hang out spot; it is so nice to be able to sit together sipping beverages and telling ridiculous stories. The tarp packs away easily enough, although it seems a bit like wrestling an octopus when it is wet! I appreciate that Amok includes the seam sealer with the tarp. Although they claim it may not be necessary, I do not take the chance and have used it on the original tarp that came with my Draumr as well as this one. Better to have and not need than to need and not have!

I have used many hammocks since moving from tent camping to hammock camping. The Dramur by far my favorite hammock. Not only is it comfortable (being able to adjust the pressure of the pad to fit your comfort level) being able to move around and pick the position you lay in is amazing.

Good quality materials, well thought out design.
