En general bien, baja la puntuación el mal soporte postventa(por lo menos conmigo) o detalles como elegir manuales online en vez de impresos y tener que solicitarlos por email/mensaje web, en vez de venir el link en la factura o sumistrado de alguna otra manera por defecto
