Ames Walker has superb customer service. I needed to make a change to an order I had already submitted. The change was handled efficiently, first through their impressive AI system, that was then forwarded to a live person who dealt with the matter quickly. When the order arrived I needed to exchange one item for a different size. Because I had made changes to the original order I was unable to initiate the exchange through their automated online exchange process. I emailed customer service and they got right back to me. I was immediately emailed a return shipping label, . the return process went smoothly and I received the exchanged item promptly. The quality of their products is excellent as well. A great company!
