Wonderful shipping service

Shipping, no complaints. I was disappointed that it was not Sleeping Beauty blue turquoise. I felt like this was a bait and switch as my bracelet is more green turquoise. It’s pretty, but not as advertised. I will go elsewhere in the future. The only reason I spent the money was because of the color. It’s pretty, but not what it claimed to be.

Your jewelry has always been my favorite. My last order, huggy earrings and naja pendant missed the oxidation process. I’m really disappointed at how the jewelry looks without it. Especially the naja. All my jewelry from Carolyn is oxidized. Even the pics of these items online show oxidation. I will be asking customer service “what happened??”
