Love the product and the delivery

My purchase was shipped fast considering I bought my necklace during a sale. My beautiful necklace was packaged carefully and came in the AW bag with a storage box. Very happy that the shipping team took time to ensure my item arrived safely.

Another perfect order. Contratulations to the NJ team. Thank you.

Beautiful bracelet. I bought 3 different colors!! Ft Seems to be great quality. Runs a little large.

Great

Fast shipping!!

Great ring but slow fulfilment and shipping. Still shipping was free so I can't complain.

I absolutely LOVE American West Jewelry!!! I've been shopping with them for over 30 years and have found that they are very customer oriented. Everything from the ease of ordering, the excellent and careful packaging, very FAST shipping, and the quality of their jewelry is second to none!

American West Jewelry is an EXCELLENT company. I've been a customer for over 30 years and can HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as they are a model of what all companies should be----VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED!!! Thank you AWJ for all that you do for us customers!!!

AWJ is the only place I purchase my jewelry from. Why? Because, in over 30 years of shopping with them, I have found this company to be very customer oriented. Ordering is easy, packaging is done with extra care, shipping is FAST and the jewelry is AMAZING! I have NEVER been disappointed. I can HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

Wonderful shipping service

Shipping, no complaints. I was disappointed that it was not Sleeping Beauty blue turquoise. I felt like this was a bait and switch as my bracelet is more green turquoise. It’s pretty, but not as advertised. I will go elsewhere in the future. The only reason I spent the money was because of the color. It’s pretty, but not what it claimed to be.

Great as always - Am West does not disappoint very often. Keep up the excellent order filling.

5 stars as isial 2 orders arrived the same day and all were perfect in every way. Love the green Malachite.

Your jewelry has always been my favorite. My last order, huggy earrings and naja pendant missed the oxidation process. I’m really disappointed at how the jewelry looks without it. Especially the naja. All my jewelry from Carolyn is oxidized. Even the pics of these items online show oxidation. I will be asking customer service “what happened??”

Wonderful

Fantastic petite lapis and silver earrings - so cute- love them
