The samples arrived safely and were in good condition. It took a bit longer to get here than we had thought, but it was the carrier that kept changing the date of delivery, not American Tin that had the issue. When we placed the order for the real tiles, delivery was super quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Damaged product, unusable. Still waiting for a response. Delayed our project and we are out $1k unless our credit card company takes back the funds. Would have been nice if it were not beaten up in shipping to the point it is unusable.
