The Ac30 Alnico is a phenomenal sounding amplifier. Smooth top end. Naturally warm tone. Takes pedals with ease. Can be as loud or quiet as needed.

Perfect

The website is atrocious. While shopping items kept disappearing and re-appearing in my shopping cart. It would say 0 items then when only adding one it would all of the sudden "bring back" my previous adds and I'd end up with like 2-3 of the same item. Checkout was the WORST I kept getting an error everytime I went to checkout. I eventually figured out after HOURS and DAYS of trying to place an order that I had to enter everything manually (do not use autfill) and even with that, my computer still tried to enter things like the state automatically - I had to go back, select a different state to "change it" and then go back to my correct state. I had the same issues with the card payment. It wouldn't let me autofill anything without giving an error and having to start all back over. I eventually got it to where I could enter everything manually and it finally went through.

Great customer service. I was able to use the gift card online before the physical card arrived.

As usual, American music supply was great if you ever have any questions or ever have any problems or issues they’re right there to stand by the product and it was taken resolve any issues that you might have a great company to deal with and that pays you play program there’s only one other company that I know that does that otherwise you’ve gather qualify with Credit and all that good stuff but I highly recommend American musical supply
