Order was stress free, quick and well packaged. As a landscape gardener this rake was a poor selection as I find it very awkward to use. The only positives are it's size and quality. I think maybe because of the shape of the rakes tines, as you pull back the rake, it just constantly judders/jumps leaving alot of leaves behind. More so on mossy lawns. Maybe the smaller version is more practical.

What I wanted and quick delivery

A great company to deal with. Exceptional customer service when I needed to contact them regarding my order, and fast shipping too. The classic lawn edging was superb. Providing you prepare the edges first, it's very easy to fit. It's very flexible and can be curved or bent into shape easily. My only slight difficulty was pushing the tiny piece of metal at the bottom of the edging to secure the lengths firmly together, as the small piece of metal is not very flexible. However, I'm extremely pleased with the end result and I'm glad I paid a bit more for a quality product.
