Absolutely love this and the other items I bought. I bought the conditioner with it also. Both smell amazing and leave hair fresh and fluffy light. I have straight hair that is always pinned down to to work however on my off days I look like I just came from the salon. It literally feels that way too.

Great product! I received this package very quickly

So far, I have been very pleased with the product and had hoped to make it the standard for bedrooms across our portfolio of approximately 200 properties. Unfortunately, the experience with my recent orders has been extremely disappointing. The first shipment took longer than expected, and the second shipment took two months to arrive. These extended delays created issues for my clients and put me in a difficult position professionally. What was equally concerning was the customer service throughout the process. Communication was inconsistent, and there were times when I would go several days without receiving a response. When I did receive updates, it did not appear that there was a clear understanding of what was happening with the manufacturer or that there was much urgency in resolving the issue. I spent considerable time researching products to find the right fit for our properties, and I genuinely wanted this product to work. However, the delays and lack of responsive customer service were simply too egregious for me to feel comfortable continuing to do business with your company. I also feel it is important to share my concerns about your customer service. While the person I worked with was pleasant enough, I found the communication to be neither sufficiently responsive nor diligent, particularly given the circumstances and the impact the delays were having on my clients. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would have preferred to develop a long-term relationship with your company. Unfortunately, the experience with these orders has made that impossible for me at this point.

The lotion is cheap, watery and low quality.

Great

I can't review the product as the package is lost. I have filed a claim with FedEx at their direction.

The sample kit arrived in a timely manner and was great help in choosing which items to order. However I ordered 3 gallons of product and it still hasn't arrived after 21/2 weeks.

Fair price and timely
