Poorly. The item that I purchased on April 1 is not delivered yet to my address. Based on the tracking number provided by manufacturer it has never got to the postal service. Looks like it's been lost somewhere in a warehouse (or anywhere else). I do not care as to where it's lost, I need my product or money back ASAP. Quite poor performance!

I needed to exchange a holster and have been emailing customer service and messaging the website for a month. I could have bought this on Amazon but purchased it direct from Amberide so they could keep all the money. That was a mistake because Amberide's customer service is terrible.
