I hate leaving negative reviews but what choice do I have when customer service will not reply to emails…and I receive a request to review a product that has not arrived? We ordered from Amazing Air, paying €80 in shipping fees for the order to arrive smoothly. 2 weeks since we ordered and we are not able to get a reply as to where our order is after sending 2 emails. Very disappointed. Happy to change this review if we can get some sort of response please??

The company sends quite a long abandoned cart flow- but when I purchased the product from a different device with a different email address they did not send me anything after taking my money only when I wrote them. Then I received the shipping code fast and then the products in 2 days from the Netherlands to Slovakia - pretty fast. I would appreciate a better care for paying customers.
