The company sends quite a long abandoned cart flow- but when I purchased the product from a different device with a different email address they did not send me anything after taking my money only when I wrote them. Then I received the shipping code fast and then the products in 2 days from the Netherlands to Slovakia - pretty fast. I would appreciate a better care for paying customers.
