Was so shocked to see how local the shop was, so I nipped in one afternoon and the shop staff were so helpful and kind. They helped me see what I had seen online, they even tried the piece on so I could get an idea of sizing for my girlfriend. I had a problem with a small star fish charm coming detached from a necklace I had recently bought whilst on holiday in Norfolk. The shop where the item was purchased suggested I contacted Amanda directly about the issue. Amanda arranged for the item to be returned by post to her studio for the repair to be carried out. I ordered the clamshell stud and the the seahorse and seashell drop earrings after seeing them in store (and not buying, but instantly regretting).
