Altitude promises easy returns and it’s true. I was able to submit a request for an RMA and it was quick to get a shipping label printed out. I hope they give members a lower amount for free shipping… but that might be dangerous for my wallet.

I got the membership on Black Friday for a really good deal! $20 membership fee, and they give you $20 credit. I especially like the free returns benefit cuz I got a pair of climbing shoes that didn’t fit and I had to return. Also, it’s a lifetime membership so it worths getting it.
