Seemed to ship right away. It took a while to receive but I feel that was on the shipping company and not the sender, Altex. Was just glad I found what I wanted before there aren't any left to find.

The first chime was brand new not open. The second chime was open and stuff was miss. Delivery service of the product was on time as provided after ordering. Would I ordering again not sure, due to the chime being open and I paid full price for an open product.
