DEFINITELY downsize from your normal size. I usually wear anywhere from a 10 to 10-1/2 so a 45. I ended up getting a 43 which was a 9. Boots are amazing. Comfort is the best and the protection with a replaceable toe guard is great!

Definitely warm for my trip. Plenty of pockets and the vents were helpful when the temps changed a bit and I needed a little flow.
