The customer support you give is incredible. You all are very attentive and helpful. Makes me feel good about being a customer to you. The shipping service is also incredible. Everything is packed so well and the items are really cared for by the shipping company. The fact that you all label which direction the box should stand and label it as fragile is great. My items always arrive as if I had just gone and picked it up at the store. I do want to mention though that L-Carnitine labels have been arriving with the edges not fully sticking. So the labels are coming off the bottle a bit. Thought I’d let you know in case there’s a manufacturing issue there. The products are great though. Thank you for being such a great company.
