In the beginning as the order was placed no one ever got back with me after I sent them the artwork. I finally called and I guess it jogged their memory and they got right on it. When I received the product some of the wording was left off. I sent an email and never received a response.

We have used ticketprinting.com a number of times in the last several years. Great product at a great price. When I was having trouble resizing a graphic one of the friendly staff spoke to me, made the adjustment, and returned it to me resized within an hour. Don't go anyplace else!

The only reason I didn't rate five stars is because I wish you had a broader selection. I need a custom printed plastic badge that can be attached to a lanyard. The closest I could get was an event ticket and while the finished product looks great, it's too flimsy for what I need so I'll have to go elsewhere to find what I really need.
