The hot/cold gel is amazing. I’ve suffered with back and hip pain for years - doctors, physio didn’t help but honestly I used this and 10 minutes, yes only 10 minutes after the pain had vanished. Relief lasted about 6 hours so just reapplied. I gave a little pot to a friend and de was so impressed she is going to order some.
