Really love Ally and the styles they offer, great materials used, just unfortunate their stand alone stores are slowly becoming obsolete. I use yo pics the free click and collect offer but that’s also now no longer offered. I hope the company stays around.

Good clothing

Sorry, I can’t really say much. I haven’t received my full order. It’s been weeks now.

I did not receive the jacket and did not receive adequate help with tracking it down. I will never buy from Ally again

I was happy with the pants but im very dissapointed with delivery. Considering Campbell town is about an hr from where I live, but yet it took almost +-12 days to be delivered to Shellharbour City Centre. I was almost tempted to cancel, but because I was taking it to my God child in south africa I just prayed I got it in time before, but I thankfully did.

After getting my order wrong the first time and forgetting items, theyve sent me the remaining items, JUST FOR ITEMS TO BE MISSING AGAIN, ive emailed once again and gotten no response, unacceptable

The jacket itself was good however when I received it, it completely stank of fish to the point that’s it’s unwearable. Being dry clean only I can’t just wash it and after reaching out to customer service there has been nothing but silence. Not a great experience. And not the cheapest purchase at $70. Probably won’t buy again from ally.

I ordered and paid for express shipping, my items didn’t arrive for 5 days post purchase. Disappointed as the items were for an event. Express shipping like majority of places always arrived generally within 2 days of placing an order.

These are very flattering - not baggy around the thighs or around the backside. The colours are great - I have the khaki, dark green, purple, light wash, dark wash and dark grey (charcoal) Their fit is consistent 8n all the colours and all have washed really well with no shrinkage. My absolute favourite jeans & I'm 76! Best jeans ever!

Fast shipping as usual had express post fee refunded as took a few days to even dispatch my items and again promo code don't work. Unhelpful helpdesk with several inconsistent answers as to why codes don't work

Order was placed 10 days ago and still has not been sent. I have been following up for days and they have done nothing about it. “Your order is in the queue”. They said they’re moving so there is delays, but there is nothing on the website so they added it after I brought it to their attention and now keep referring to what’s on the website but still not sorting my order. Rubbish service

A top I received is stained, no wonder it is marked down so much, however this should be illegal as the Returns are long winded online and not worth my time and probably is what Ally wants - sell defect goods so low it isn't worth the return online. Also, returns exchanges or credits for online purchases cannot be returned instore, which your competitor's allow, so due to this all I will not be purchasing anymore for my daughter and myself at Ally.

Trackies are great but unfortunately just discovered one pair has a hole in the leg seem where it hasnt been sewn properly. Even more frustrating is i wash new clothes before wearing so i only noticed once wearing them overnight. As its a fault the hole is just a slit to the seem so u dont notice until wearing. Didnt think id have to check for dodgy seems or holes.
