The products are all of the best quality. However, my wife did not want the jewelry box I bought her as it was too big for her needs. I was not happy with the customer service Re: retu4ning the jewelry box and getting my money back so I let them know about it. Shortly thereafter, a customer service representative called me and we discussed the matter. She was very understanding and then gifted my wife with a beautiful travel jewelry case my wife loved. Allurez is a very responsive and responsible company looking out for their customers as well as their reputation as responsive to customer needs.

I ordered the 3.60 carat weight natural Ruby Princess Di ring. It is absolutely breath taking. It has a very solid band and the setting insures that the stones will stay in place. The Ruby is bright and lively and the diamonds sparkle. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely keep this company in mind for future purchases. Also the photo does not do the ring justice. It is definitely more beautiful in person.

The engagement is a beautiful ring. Its too bad the diamond came off . I'm waiting for someone to contact me to fix it. Purchasing the ring and getting the ring was good experience. But disappointed about the diamond and waiting to hear about repairing it.

A ring I had purchased from Allurez was being sent back for repair and UPS lost it, at least for a while. Complete frustration with UPS but Allurez took over. Then one day, my ring (or possibly a new one, I’m not sure) appeared. Allurez took care of me, the customer. Thank you Allurez!

Beautifully perfect! The craftsmanship and the engraving was perfect. Allurez’s does 3 inspections. It did not pass the 3rd inspection. They corrected the issue before the customer saw it, which is awesome! Saves the customer from the hassle of returning for the correction, embarrassment for the company, and possibly receiving a bad review which could cause loss of business by another potential customer. Also shows Allurez’s pays attention to detail! Allurez’s kept me updated every step of the way. That was a plus! I would do business with them again again! You can’t go wrong with choosing Allurez! I’m underwhelmed. It is much smaller than I expected and so I will be returning it.

So I read through the good and bad reviews, and I was a little nervous about ordering online. Well I ordered my ring a little last minute. So i missed my wife’s birthday, but that’s my fault. But as far as Allurez, there were a little behind on the expected delivery date. I ordered it and they said up to two weeks. Well I only waited about a month, so I really can’t complain . As far as the ring it was gorgeous and my wife loved it. So I’m very happy with the experience, and I’m sure I will end buying from you again at some point.
