I really like the AllSaints brand and company experience overall, despite not all purchases being up to my expectations. For those that necessitated a return, the process was easy and seamless. I find the sizes tend to run large (in dresses, at least, which is what I usually buy).

Love All Saints! Clothing and handbags are always high end and made well. I’ve never had the need to contact customer services, but when I’ve been into store to return something that didn’t fit/suit me they’ve always been super helpful and kind.

I received the bag in a very short amount of time which was wonderful. All Saints have never disappointed me & this bag is no exception. The materials are high quality & its great for summer.
