I wish I could give 5 stars to my overall experience with Alloy because I LOVE their midrise, 35” inseam jeans. They’re the only jeans I’ve bought for 6 years. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is due to a few things. 1) Limited midrise/35” inseam styles available. 2) Poor quality denim/fabrics. For dress pants, after the first wash you will notice pilling, shrinkage, discoloration, and loose threads, and due to the unlined fabric, the belt loops/zippers and waist band rip off at the seams within the first few weeks. I’ve had the same belt loop issue with a brand new pair of jeans I purchased from Alloy. Both sides ripped off when I pulled my pants up a little while they were on already buttoned up. 3) Dress pants are unlined, you can see underwear lines clearly. 4) The only size options available in dress pants are high rise and 37” inseam which is too long to wear with flats. 5) this is my option obviously but the selection of tops/jackets hasn’t been updated in years, not very cute items in there either. Either offer more or just get rid of it and focus on offering more pants in different styles, rises and sizes. I’d spend so much money on pants with you guys if the quality and sizing options were more inclusive. Much love though.

I love alloy and started ordering from you when it first started back when I was in high school. The prices have come up a lot so I only shop sales. The jeans o just ordered I thought were a re-order of the same jeans I had ordered Dec 2024. They were not, and I found out were also final sale and I was not able to return/trade for the correct jeans. So now I don’t have the pants I hoped for, and am out $40. I’m super frustrated.

Wish there were more flare options -jeans and leggings. Some of us tall girls have hips and a nice flare helps camouflage that.

I love Alloy’s stylish, high-quality clothing, especially because finding a 37-inch inseam is so difficult. However, the return policy is misleading. Alloy does not offer exchanges, and although the return label is described as free, a $9. 95 restocking fee is deducted to cover return shipping. That charge should be stated clearly upfront.
