Did great! The product works. The directions are straight forward and clear with images. I was able to use it right away as soon as I got it. Customer service was very helpful when I messed up my address. I was able to cancel the order and re order immediately.

Overall, really easy to use. Occasionally, the capsules will fall into the little hole upside down, but it’s still easy to correct. Makes the whole process really easy, start to finish. It shouldn’t take longer than 20 minutes to make 100 capsules.
