Belt feels like a fake alligator belt. The description said it is real. The belt buckle feels like cheap metal. NOT HAPPY with purchase

Poor customer service and they did not ship my order. It’s been 2 weeks and no one can tell me if or when they plan on shipping anything. The response each time is I’ll look into that and reach out to you with and answer, and then nothing. I give this company zero stars.

Shoes that I purchased were ok for the price. Customer service was not good. Took them forever to get back to me about not having my shoe size. Didn’t have a 10m which was my original order, I had to go up a half size. Shipping was horrendous. Had to wait an additional month before I received my shoes. I don’t think I will be ordering any more merchandise from this company.

The quality and look of the belt are excellent. However, the metal loop used to adjust the belt to the wearers waist is too narrow. It is rubbing against the edges of the belt, compromising the integrity of the leather.
