Haven’t received my product yet after 2 weeks
I haven’t received my product yet and I reached out and they saw there was no movement on my tracking # for over 10 days. They said they would refund me but I haven’t received my order or my refund yet. I have a copy of my chat with them saying they would refund me but nothing yet and they gave me a code for a percentage off my next order. Plus they would send me a free item using the tracking # for the order I never received the first time. Still waiting for refund.
