I live close to the warehouse so I drove to 28th and Western Ave. to pick-up my order. Danny was busy in another section of the warehouse, and Jose brought me my order. I checked the contents and found all the items that I ordered. There was a wintry mi x on the street so Jose walked me to my car and put the Allen Bros. box in my trunk. I thanked him for that courtesy. . Also, when I place a phone order; I found all the agents that I spike with to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I actually received a call back from Alex, the manager who asked me if I was satisfied with the agents on the phone and the warehouse personnel. And I was very satisfied. By the way, the prime filets were just delicious! Thank you Mr. Pappas & Staff. I will be calling back soon.

I ordered the 2 rib roast for a small gathering. It came out a perfect medium rare in just over an hour. We even had a few leftovers! I would order again in a second.
