I have only had great experiences with all birds, however I experienced a very minor trip while walking and there was a tear in the shoe material as a result. Customer service was helpful but since it was a limited edition style I was unable to exchange for the same shoe.

This is the best pair of running shoes I ever owned. It’s really like walking on clouds! I don’t feel any pressure on my ankles nor knees and it’s beyond comfortable. No issues whatsoever, comfortable from the first second I put it on. Planning to buy the flats soon. Amazing shoe, amazing company, amazing mission! Allbirds ROCKS!!!

I usually buy Clearance sneakers at the outlet, but my friend swears by these shoes & Ive been making a real effort to get the the gym every day- so I treated myself to these bad boys. OMG I will never buy another type of shoe. Such good arch support, light, comfy. Ive washed them twice already- cleaned up to perfection. I absolutely love them.

I wore the shoes for all of half a day and then put them aside. The back of the shoes cut into the back of my foot in a really painful way. This is not what I expected from the Allbirds brand.

Shoes don’t fit very well. I usually wear size 10.5 regular in other brands but I ordered a size up to size 11 per the instructions and the shoes are too small. The sole is narrow at the toe and pinches and the instep has a lot of friction with the tongue of the shoe rubbings and itching. Disappointing and uncomfortable, especially for the $120 price. Would not recommend.

I love these shoes. I was looking for simple ballet flats that could be used for travel to dress up a little bit. These are perfect. Super comfortable. Easy to wash and not harming the environment. I did size up a half size as I do not like a tighter feeling at the toes. Worked out well.
