No complaints. Ordering was straightforward. Arrived well packaged. If I had to nitpick at something it would be that shipping could be a little faster. Order took 6 or 7 business days to arrive but it’s no big deal
Had to stop using them after 2 weeks, hurts my Achilles tendon, can't return them since they have been used, gutted. . .

The experience is by far not as fluid as on Allbirds. eu. Prices differ from the EU site (i. e. no sales at the moment on benelux). Can it be that return conditions are also less generous on the benelux site? Besides this, for my taste, keep it simple: I do not see the point of having a preview of a serie on the website. I want facts on shoes that gain hearts and feet with sustainability and innovation, not on people having dinner together. . .
