The table arrived with three accessory items on back order and missing one part. Oriflamme has shipped two accessory items and the missing part, but we still are missing the ice bucket inset.

From order date to arrival date, had taken longer than expected, but when it was on it way, all notifications and tracking was right on. It was packaged very well when it had arrived on a pre built pallet.

Had questions about bar table height for chairs I ordered. your people were great in getting me answers.

We origionally ordered an OW Lee fire table. OW Lee moved their plant to Texas, and back ordered our table out nine months. As it turned out this was the best back order in the history of fire tables. We could not be more pleased with our Oriflamme fire table. The table shipped as promised, it arrived in perfect condition, and took maybe 10 minutes to setup. The granite is gorgeous, and the quality is second to none. The base is constructed of "heavy" gage metal and power coated. We ordered the top in "Silver Tiger Granite, and the base in Black to match out furniture. Customer service was stellar.
