I have yet to receive anything I’ve ordered. Also have had NO communication regarding the lack of fulfillment of my order (other than begging for review). Terrible service, how long does it take to mail a shirt?

Size did not match. Got a very small size than ordered. Very disappointed

I made my purchase with an estimated arrival date of 3 days (by Aug 31). I called on Sept 8 and they said it “should be” shipped by Sept 9. It is now Sept 10 and still no evidence of shipment.

We were forwarded an email from our team coach that was offering 30% off technical suits…suit deal but no one knew 1 thing about it when I called to order the one and only suit I will EVER purchase from you! I got 25% off but was definitely looking forward to 30%….and I do not care if this is your busy season all services have one man and girl up you have a business to run busy or not. Communication is an important aspect to every business and your SUCKS pool water and eats bubbles

A good honest place to buy swimming apparel and equipment. I am fortunate to have a store in my town, which allows me the opportunity to inspect goods, and get advice/recommendations. I also mail order from them as its professional and easy. First rate store, in person and on line.

Great place to get hard-to-find watersports accessories for special needs kids. Got the Kiefer swim belt for my special needs daughter. It has made her water time so much better! She even participated in water aerobics with the belt.

After finding the product that I wanted . I ordered three (3). After one full month. I sent an email inquiring into When I would receive my three (3) items. I received an email telling me my order would be looked into. Two days later. I received a email informing me that the company decided not to make that product anymore.
