I recommend you to all the gluten-free people I meet. Again my only irk is the slicing with doesn't seem to be consistent and doesn't always go the whole way through. Poses a problem with freezing and then trying to separate slices. Please bring back more of your canvas bags, love them!

Life changing to experience these products as I’m Celiac!! I’ve received 2 orders now and all has gone really well. Customer service has been great. I’ve already given away a gift box that was a real treat for the recipient. Just have to say the baguette is fabulous and has now given me the opportunity to make croutons with flavour when no other gf breads could. Yahoo!!

Order was received within days. The box was a little damp but not to make a difference to the bread.

Shipping issues. Had been told it would be overnight, turned out to be ground. Alkeme employee stated they never ship overnight, owner said it had shipped overnight, but courier company (and online tracking) said it was not overnight. Hard to communicate with company, they were not available to speak on phone (nor returned messages, only emails), and they didn’t seem to understand the actual issue over shipping (I’m still unclear if they think it shipped overnight vs ground).
