Alive and Well's Hypothalamus homeopathic blend seemed to be OK for a day or two. Then I started experiencing GERD< which I often do when trying new supplements. Unfortunately, for me, that means not being able to use that supplement. I am trying to use it every 3rd day but on the day I use it, I do get an acidic response.

Recently, I was diagnosed with extremely high levels of histamine, which explains a lot. Naturopathic doctor recommended HistaQuel and let me tell you it relieves my symptoms so well, it’s almost unbelievable. Only one negative thing to say it’s very expensive at least for my budget. I highly recommend it.
