This store is horrible, horrible customer service they say u get a 30 day trial period with the holster and if u don't like it you can return it. But they don't tell you that you have to pay for the shipping to return it, why in the hell would you give somebody a 30-day trial And then expect them to pay for the shipping to return? I tried to call to get a shipping label and they refuse to give me one basically saying it's my fault for not reading the fine print every other store I've ever dealt with has given you a return label I will never shop at this website again I was going to buy more clip holders but I will never give this company another cent of my money if you don't want to be ripped off with cheap junk holsters don't get fooled like I did with a 30-day trial. Absolutely unprofessional and if the customer comes first they should just give you a free return label and then people would come back and shop with them but no they want to fill their pockets instead of helping the customer if you want good products go to hidden hybrid holsters they kind of have the same policy but when I asked for a shipping label to return it they sent me one and they have high-end holsters that are really comfortable if they would have just sent me a return shipping label I would have kept buying the clip holsters but now I will never spend another dollar here and I hope no one else gets fooled like I did. I would give no stars if I was able to but I have to give at least one but just so you know I would give them zero.... Super super disappointed and pissed off now I'm stuck with two holsters that I'm never going to use...

A landslide of screw-ups from the first call to the last, in the end I ended up with a hoster. I do like it but it doesn't have the features I wanted cause of poor engineering for the quick disconnect on the Mid-Ride
