I have used your product for many years off and on. Mostly on, and I love Algenist! I order it from QVC although they haven't been having your product on air very much lately. I ordered the last time and put an order in on wait list. Your selection is great. I just wish the price and sets were a little less costly, Your service is wonderful!

Love Algenist Genius - wish it was more widely available in the UK

I have been wearing Algenist products for many years and I love the products. They have changed with me as I age. I have never had an issue with orders until my last two. Customer service was extremely helpful and replaced the products quickly. You never know about a company until there is an issue and with the customer service, I received I will never be concerned again. The products speak for themselves and now so does the customer service.

Have been trying to reach you on your toll free number 877 650-1837 for months always receive a fast busy signal. I want to order the mega size reconstructing serum. Sent request for a call back but have not received one. At this time not happy with your company. I cannot order via internet

You have the wrong first name on my account and no record of my prior purchases. I cant order again because of this and i cant get a person to talk to so it can be resolved.

Love your product, but I always have to wait months to reorder as your products seem to be always on back order. Your supplier needs a good warning about getting your product to you for filling orders!!! Either that or you need someone working for you that can keep on top of your supply!

Whenever I sent an email it was answered quickly & professionally. The reason why I am giving this review a 3 instead of a 5 is because I found it challenging navigating the payment site. It was not clear that the payment was going through Shopify. I thought if I didn't click on that function or Paypal my credit card information would go directly to Algenist without going through another party. I did not find out until the payment went through.

I love the sleeping collagen. It is rich and moisturizing. 5 stars. The liquid collagen irritates my skin so I can’t use it. 3 stars.

I keep emailing asking for a replacement for Overnight Restorative Moisturizer but I have not gotten a reply

I love Algenist. I originally discovered an eye cream from one of those “beauty product subscription boxes.” Sadly that particular product has been discontinued, but I’ve discovered so many other products that I love. The quality is amazing, prices are very reasonable and shipping is always fast.

Fast shipping and excellent products

Shipping time was about the usual for products.

The situation with the out of stock items is very disheartening. The Mask was part of my clear skin routine and after a month without I am seeing and feeling the difference. I guess it is great that I found a product that works so well. I am very sad that it is out of stock for since March and no news on when it is expected.

Ordering, shipping, etc.... all was organized and in order. Appreciate being offered the "samples" from Algenist as gift with purchase.

There was a great promo on a bottle for twice the content. It was probably for only a day or so, and i didn’t get notification because I would have bought it. So I’m disappointed with that
