I have been faithfully taking the supplements and the booster in the evening for a couple of months now. Haven't had a DEXA Scan yet to see if there has been an improvement in my osteoporosis diagnosis. I'm hopeful that it is helping. I have no side effects and it is easy to take the supplements.
