OEM part just as described!

I received an incompatible part, even though I supplied my vin number. Customer service responded after my second attempt and then went dark on me. Still stuck with an expensive component that I can't use and can't return.

Parts are sometimes hard to get for an Alfa, but this website is very interactive and shows what parts are available and are not. This is the only site I have found that does this. If the part is not in stock it shows an eta. Other dealer based sights left me in the dark for weeks not telling me when order will be shipped. Most parts shipped the same day and I receive them usually within 2 business days. Customer service is responsive and courteous. Prices are excellent compared to local dealer.

Part box was destroyed and part looked used. Emailed to let them know and never heard back. Would not recommend.

I found a control arm I needed for my Alfa Romeo Giulia for the price of $300 advertised on this website. I purchased the item then minutes later I get an email from Juan Vasquez telling me the item had inaccurate pricing and the correct price is $400. He then asked me if I was okay with the charge up and I said absolutely not, I asked if he can please at least meet me halfway at $350 as I’m not financially able to afford that much and he said no. This is false advertisement and it sounds like they are falsely trying to sell car parts for cheaper to then bump up the price after purchase. Extremely disappointed.
