The order has not arrived weeks after the delivery date, I completed form after form In Spanish to be told the order was being returned to the UK. I still have not had a refund and all the customer service contact is interested in is understanding what went wrong, which is fine I am happy to share my experience but I have no jewellery and no money! This is not a company set up to export to Europe,
