Lovely and comfortable

Alex was responsive and helpful. I was pleased with their service. The dress came nicely packaged and arrived quickly. I wish there was a way to avoid $15 restocking fee. The 15-day return window was stressful, 30-days would have been easier. I'm guessing lots of folks were like me and needed to order a 2nd size to find the best fit. This doesn't qualify as a free exchange.
