The dress I ordered was so beautiful in person and great quality. Unfortunately it didn’t fit me and I had to send it back. Return was easy and customer service is great.

Everything went as planned

Fast shipping. Only caveat is I was told my oos size would not be restocked so ordered 1 size up. Soon after the dress was received I was notified the original size was available. Could have done a return/exchange but a relative would have to handle the return so opted to keep it as the sizing wasn't too off.

Beautiful dress! Love the 3/4 sleeves and the fact that it doesn’t have a low neckline. The navy color works well and I love the jewel detail. To top all that, the dress was reasonably priced and the online order was handled promptly and was packaged well. Everyone who has seen it finds it to be quite lovely. This is my second Alex Evenings dress for a wedding, so I’m a fan of this brand!
