I really like the ring...exactly what I wanted.! Just wanted to say thank you for replacing my ring that a stone had fallen out with this ring. I had purchased a ring about a year ago and two stones had fallen out. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded. Even though I no longer had my receipt and it was past the replacement period customer service was more than kind to give me a new ring. Although the ring I purchased was no longer in stock, they allowed me to pick a new ring as a replacement. Everything was done in a timely manner and the ring was in hand about two weeks later. Love my new cuff, hard to find ones that aren't too big in comparison to the ear. It's shiny and cute and just the right size. A little hard to clamp tighter, but would get it again if given the option!
