The online store's selections are way too limited, missing the majority of the products from Albion, 0 whitening products and products for oily skin, which is a huge downside. Delivery was very slow, and they did not keep my package under optimal condition during transition; when my products arrived, they were hot! The reason why it's a 2 star is because at least the customer service was good, otherwise it would be a 1 star.

Very nice and clean packaging. Derma pump milk is amazing. I wish expiration dates are indicated on the package. I received one saids W6J F. W6J can be made in June 2018 which is over 4 years go. I hope F at the end means this year.

It is so great to buy a great product without going back to Japan.

BUT I want you to increase the product lineup as in Japan. Especially, the Emulsion is not for summer, so it feels very heavy.
