Didn't receive what I ordered. Wrong brand and color pattern

I ordered a six-button men's double breasted Navy Blue Blazer with gold buttons, and paid $158. 39. Instead, you sent me at two-piece, four-button Navy Blue suit. That's pretty sloppy customer service. I am going to return this, which I already paid for, and I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR SENDING ME A SIZE 48 LONG, SIX-BUTTON, NAVY BLUE MEN'S BLAZER FOR THE SAME AMOUNT I ORIGINALLY PAID.

Customer service is a joke. I've called and left 3 different messages with no response. Each time I was on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes before it sent me to voicemail. The full suit was not shipped. This was supposed to have a jacket, vest, and pants but the vest was not included.

Nice but, did not fit. Seemed as if it was 4 sizes too small.

The jacket seems nice enough but was the wrong size. When I asked for an exchange, they offered a partial refund to have it tailored but told me for an exchange I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee! Shockingly bad customer service after THEY messed up the order. I'm suspicious that they likely never had the right size, which is why they were unreasonable about an exchange, and likely scammed me on purpose. The "refund" didn't even fully cover the cost of alteration, but what choice did I have? Beware.

The suit looks nothing like the one I ordered and it is 2 sizes too big. I would a refund. I ordered a suit over a month ago and your company keep giving me the me run around,

I DO NOT LIKE THE BLAZER AT ALL! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO EXCHANGE THE BLAZER FOR OVER THREE WEEKS BUT BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL! I DO NOT LIKE THE MATERIAL AND COLOR OF THE BLAZER! I WOULD RATE IT A ONE STAR. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS MATTER!

Wrong size was sent

The Jacket is beautiful however a little big. I could have gone a size smaller but what I ordered would normally fit well. Nevertheless, I will try and have it altered to adjust the fit. Received a number of compliments on the look of the jacket as well.
