Not only are Alberto Fermani shoes and boots beautifully made, the website is easy to use and customer service is attentive. I love that they show many photo views of each product, especially the bottom and front. The website is not cluttered. The customer service is top-notch and know their product. And then there is that wonderful leather smell when you open the box. You just know you are getting a well-made shoe/boot.
