Purchased 3 cardigans. Prompt delivery. Well packaged. Unfortunately one didn’t fit and needed to be returned. The return process was very simple (online) and credit processed quickly. Very happy.

Love Albaray and have bought several items over the years. Delivery is fast and the products are very well made so good value (especially in the sales). Unfortunately Albaray have now introduced a return charge (which is minimal) however this is very disappointing as their sizes (especially skirts) tend to be different for each item so I find I need to order two sizes. Have had to contact customer services on a few occasions and they are very helpful. All in all a great clothing company who are ethical however due to the refund charge I have dropped a star

This beautiful dress arrived in good time. It hangs well and flows. It is soft and such a lovely colour. It comes to the top of my knees as I am 5ft which is a length I like. Love this dress!

I haven’t worn the dress yet but it felt amazing on . My husband described it as the best dress in my wardrobe!!
