its only been three weeks but I can already feel and see a difference with this product! my skin, which used to have huge, deep, extraordinarily painful cysts all over my chin, is the clearest its been since probably puberty! Since its only been three weeks, I havent noted too much of a change with bloating, but i have already noticed an up-tick in my mood and also my anxiety levels have plateaued. I cannot wait to keep taking this product and seeing what else improves. definitely happy to have the subscription service! thank you, alani nu, you all really helped me with something i never thought I would fix. xoxo

Disclaimer: I don't usually use pre workout but I had heard a lot about AlaniNu and wanted to try it out. I like that it comes in a can because it's easy to grab and go. It's very sweet, which coming from me is saying something, but I put it on ice to water it down and it didn't bother me at all. It doesn't make my stomach hurt which is a problem I've had with any other pre workout, but it does give me a good, lasting energy during my workout. I only gave it 4 stars for the sweetness but flavor is still good

Wow, Alani killed it with their flavors. These are delicious and provide the perfect amount of energy - not the crazy sugar high you get from most energy drinks.

I bought this mostly because I was curious if it would help my nails get stronger. I’m always afraid I’m gonna split a nail since they are so thin and brittle. Since using this for about 2 weeks now my nails are insanely strong! I can’t actuslly put polish on them again. But not only that, I’ve gotten so many compliments on my skin! I’m only 29 but people have mentioned to me how much younger i look. I definitely feel more energized, stronger, and all around happier using alani nu products!

The shipping was faster than I expected which was great since I wanted to start Balance as soon as possible after reading all the other reviews. I consulted with my doctor first since I have the Nexplanon arm implant (birth control) and he gave the okay saying it wouldn’t affect my birth control. I noticed a difference in a week after I started taking it. My mood improved. Whereas before I felt constantly stressed out and easily irritated, now I felt lighter and enjoyed my days. I finally started sleeping better. Every little noise would wake me up, or even nothing at all. When I did sleep it wasn’t quality sleep. Balance definitely helped me to get full nights sleep which I hadn’t had in over a year. My sex drive came back too, which I’m sure my husband is grateful for. Basically, Balance reverses all the nasty side effects I was having from my birth control. I am completely won over and will be a customer for life.

I started taking balance a few months ago because I had stopped getting my period for almost 6 months and I was suffering from bad hormonal acne breakouts. I had had cystic acne ever since my freshman year of highschhool which is about 6 years ago now. After the first bottle I got my period back and my skin cleared up. This stuff is magic. I haven’t heard many people talk about side effects but I’ve noticed I got headaches the first few days taking it and it gives me heartburn and makes me burp for like 10 minutes after taking the pills then it goes away. This is worth it though coming from someone who had to endure months of birth control giving me extreme nausea, fatigue, head aches, dizziness, etc. Totally worth the $50 a month in my opinion. I was very skeptical using this, as I have never used any sort of "Fat Burner" supplements before. After taking them, I saw a huge difference in how lean I looked. I never drank energy drinks before Alani launched these. I just never liked the way they tasted, and couldn't get past the taste to drink enough to give me actual energy. I LOVE these drinks. I'm obsessed. I just got mine 3 days ago and I'm already about to order another case. They absolutely nailed the flavor on these. You wouldn't even know there's no alcohol in this mimosa. The flavor is on point!

I have never been a fan of pre workout. I never felt like it gave me energy, just uncomfortable face itch. On top of that, I always hated the way it tasted. I could never find a flavor I could stomach until I decided to try Alani Nu. This is the best pre workout I have ever tried by far and I will never use another company. My workouts have completely been transformed with the use of this product. I feel like I have so much clean energy without the jitters. (keyword being clean). Aside from the way it makes me feel, I absolutely love the taste. I can't explain it, but it's good! You won't regret giving it a try!

Tried this for the first time tonight and I’m in love! This flavor tastes like grape koolaid (I was hopeful for a little more cotton candy but that’s okay). Not too sweet, too tangy or too bitter. Goes down smooth, not chalky or gritty at all. Absolutely NO tingling/itchy sensation which is amazing! Just the right amount of boost without getting jittery. I love all of the Alani Nu products I’ve tried and can’t wait to try more! Alani Nu products truly have the best ingredients with no side effects but are still 100% effective.
