I ordered a beach bag , that was not suitable. I have returned this, before christmas and am still awaiting a refund. I have tried to contact the company with no success so , with regret, am having to do this as a review.

Boots came quickly. They fit too, comfortable and look great.

I absolutely loved these shoes. I was a bit anxious about the heel as I tend to to wear sandals with a strap at the back but these were very comfortable all evening. (I bought them for a special event. ) They are a bit fiddly to fasten but the elastic near the buckle is very helpful. They come in individual shoe bags and there are even spare heel ends for the future. I can't recommend these strongly enough. Shipping was prompt. It would have been helpful to know the European size of the shoe as that would have saved me having to order two sizes as often I need a smaller size for sandals, but these were well sized. It was easy and free to return and the refund was processed promptly, I shall look at this company again next time I need shoes.
