Don’t recall when I first learned of Air Water & Ice, but seems like probably when I had the first iteration of my Discus Hatchery around 2005. Been my go-to ever since, with my most recent Neptune 8-stage RO-DI purchase in late 2023. Always solid products and replacement media, costing a lot less than most other places I’ve looked.

Kinda upset that it didn’t come with instructions and this is my first filter change and I don’t know what I am doing also on the filters both red and black filter ends came off

I bought my Typhoon system 12 yrs ago when I had a saltwater tank. My priorities changed since then and I switched it to a home water filtration system for drinking water at my sink. During this transition I was lost. But AWI walked me through every step of the way from what I needed to purchase then me calling and then walking me through ON THE PHONE on how to hook it up for drinking water at my sink. Fast forward multiple times that I’ve had to change out my filters and I always open this one valve and it should stay closed to produce drinking water. Lol. They are patient with me Everytime I call and walk me through my issue and get me through it Everytime. Couldn’t ask for better customer service every single time I’ve called in the last 12 YEARS.
