I contacted the customer service as has been contacted for extra shipping taxes fee at delivery from DHL (55eur) and received in return a copy/past answer without taking into account the situation. Disappointing.

Kind service when problems occur. For example, I recieved an item with stains on it, which disappointed me a bit. Though, I recieved an apology from a employee and got the opportunity to wash it and get a minor discount or sent it back. Shipping can take some days but it is worth waiting for. I love the quality of the products.
