Sweatshirt from the outside was cute. Inside where embroidery was had too much leftover backing just hanging on the sides. Very uncomfortable against the skin. Tried reaching out via email to return and never responded. So basically $50 sweatshirt I will never wear. Will not order from them again.

ORDERED 2 ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED ONE. GOT A RESPONSE THAT TOLD ME THEY SCAN THE ITEM BEFORE SHIPPING & THAT IT WAS PROBABLY TAMPERED WITH BUT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE BAG OTHER THAN IT BEING DIRTY FRIM BEING IN THE BACK OF THE UPS TRUCK. NOW I CAN'T EVEN GET AN EMAIL BACK AFTER ASKING IF I CAN HAVE THE JEANS OR A REFUND.
