I’ve been pleased with products ordered for myself. I’ve been less pleased with gift delivery. When I needed help preventing gift delivery to an incorrect (ie: outdated) address, it was difficult to reach a human. I felt that I was dealing with an AI bot. Tracking messages were frequently incomplete and not helpful…direct contact was lacking and lagged so that requests to re-route packages weren’t met in time, resulting in deliveries to the wrong (ie: former) address.

Haven't heard back from AHAVA referenced to my request.
