I've been running programs on my Aha Halo since I got it, and I know it's making a positive difference. It's small, easy to use, and has a great range of programs that you can run for health and wellbeing.

Most of the programs are still untried, but the effects of each program are clearly noticeable. I particularly liked the Kundalini, liver, and kidney cleansing. With the heavy metals program, my head felt like it was full of mercury. I still have one amalgam filling in my mouth.

I am thoroughly enjoying my Halo. Spending a lot of time reading and trying to work out the best way to use it for my circumstances. I am 82 and have mobility difficulties as well as other aches and pains! Have noticed a marked difference in my neck and shoulders but no improvement (yet) in my back. I think the problem is trying too many different programmes instead of picking a couple and persisting with them. At the moment I am concentrating on Young Body and Urinary Track as well as Good Sleep at night.

I love my Halo and I just bought my second one! Amazing for detox, relaxation and everyday achess and pains. Having two I will use the second one to build my baseline and focus on long term goals. e. g. vagus nerve and inflammation. So grateful!

My Halo arrived in NZ 3 weeks ago. Wk1/2 used the advised gentle programs & Sleep1 wirh overall improved sleep - even afternoon naps! Wk 3 Sleep2 has taken by sleep to another level. I'm also using muscle & tendon hz on a card to rebuild my muscle mass. Ar💜hanui xo
