As someone with PCOS, I find it hard to source food items, especially health food items. This protein supplement is straightforward and perfect: no fillers, no flavorings, no sweeteners, and no sugars. No bad aftertaste. It doesn’t clump. And it sits light in my stomach and the foods I add it too (protein shakes, smoothies, oatmeal, etc.). Some days I just toss a few sprinkles of cinnamon in it, others a lil cocoa powder or my own dash of pure vanilla. It’s also encouraging to buy from a brand that cares more about quality than aesthetics and healthy living over Lifestyle. I can taste the difference in this product over others. I’m never buying another protein supplement as long as these folks are in business. The bag is even thoughtfully designed- I love the snap close and plastic reduction! And it shipped super fast, which surprised me.

This is the first whey protein I've taken. The price is great for the amount of servings you get when compared to other high quality products in this category.
