Love the product and have been ordering for years. In August you ran out of product and now again in October. I am not showing any order for August but know I received it once it was back in stock so i have been waiting for my Oct delivery. Both times I was told I wouldn't be charged for my order. I wasn't charged in August but I followed the instructions on the most recent email which said i needed to reorder my October shipment and I was charged. This is very frustrating. I chose a subscription service because I thought in these situations my order would be fulfilled before individual orders.. After placing my order I got a strange email which said "For Subscribe & Save customers, your order was picked, packed and dropped off for shipping hours ago". What? If that was true, why was i told to reorder? Neither time was I told the product was back in stock. The Aug shipment just showed up which is what I was expecting this time. Communication needs to be better. If this happens, customer should be told when product is back in stock, order automatically shipped and no changes should be made to your Subscribe & Save ship date for future orders unless you choose ato change.
